Jam Making

Here is another reason why I don't have enough time to sew sometimes - jam making!



I bought gooseberries and red currants at the weekend and was hoping the weather would cool down a bit before I spent time over a hot stove. No break in the weather, but I did end up making my jam this evening.

Now need to find my labels

Looking forward to my toast tomorrow morning!

    I love gooseberry jam. My mom has both gooseberries and red currents growing in her back yard.
